Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Report damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery for immediate replacement or full refund.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is confirmed by tracking information or delivery receipt.
Product Condition: Unopened & Unused
Food products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all manufacturer seals and protective materials intact.
Proof of Purchase Required
Valid order number, receipt, or email confirmation is required. Orders placed as gifts must include the original purchaser's information.
Important: Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

You must ship the product within 7 days of receiving authorization:

Refund Method & Timeline

Shipping Costs
